Guaranty on Hips and Eyes (Non-Transferable)
Wasatch Labradors will refund the price of the puppy (excluding shipping), if it has not been bred, AND if the original buyer of the dog provides documentation proving that the dog has been sterilized, AND upon the following conditions:
- The dog's hips are x-rayed by a PennHip-certified veterinarian, AND
- The x-rays are performed when the dog is between 24 and 26 months of age, AND
- The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) will not assign a breed registry number for the dog's hips.
OR,
- The dog's eyes are examined by a veterinarian who is certified by the Canine Eye Registry Foundation (CERF), AND
- The eye examination is performed before the dog is 24 months of age, AND
- CERF will not assign a breed registry number for the dog's eyes.

Nutrition
Neither you nor we want to resort to invoking this guaranty. More importantly, we want your dog to have the best chance possible for a long and healthy life. Research has shown that over feeding and malnutrition can contribute to degenerative joint disease such as hip and elbow dysplasia. Therefore, we recommend that you feed your dog Purina Pro Plan Large Breed Formula for Puppies as directed until the dog is 2 years of age.

Price
$900
A deposit of $300 is required to reserve a puppy, with the remainder required at age 5 weeks. If the particular sex and color on which you have placed a deposit is not available, your deposit will be refunded in-full. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping
The cost of shipping a puppy is approximately:
- Air Freight: $225 (paid C.O.D.)
- Shipping Kennel: $35 (pre-paid) Return the kennel to us and we will refund the $35.
- Air Travel Health Certificate (ATHC): $20 (pre-paid)
Belle's puppies will be shipped on Friday, March 25th. Chloe's puppies will be shipped on Saturday, April 2nd. Custom shipping dates can be arranged for an additional $50. ATHCs expire, so if the ATHC expires before the custom shipping date, an additional $20 will be required to replace it.
Because Delta Airlines has a hub in Salt Lake City, we prefer to use them. If Delta does not fly into an airport near you, we can explore options of other airlines.
